Niramayee Sarpotdar
Product Designer · 13+ Years of experience
I design enterprise products for people operating complicated systems. My last job was at a small startup called LightBeam.ai in a lean 2-person team. I can wear multiple hats, make good chai and basically do whatever it takes to ship.
What I'm good at
Prototyping
I use AI tools to build early prototypes. At LightBeam these became POC artifacts, demos for sales meetings, and user testing material. I created prototypes for at least 3 features.
Shaping what is built
Across 10+ 0 → 1 features at LightBeam and Nutanix, I took on much of the product work: business goals, scoping, sequencing, roadmap. At a startup these gaps fall to the designer, often under tight deadlines with requirements changing mid-flight.
Scaling design past myself
At LightBeam our lean team of 2 worked with a senior visual design contractor to completely overhaul our visual language. I worked with in-house developers and third-party UI developers to build a full design system and overhaul 60+ screens in a phased manner.

What I'm good at
Prototyping
AI-driven early prototypes. At LightBeam these anchored 3+ features across POCs, sales demos, and user testing.
Shaping what is built
10+ 0 → 1 features at LightBeam and Nutanix. I owned business goals, scoping, sequencing, and roadmap. Startup gaps fall to the designer, usually under tight deadlines.
Scaling design past myself
Lean team of 2 partnered with a senior visual designer and UI contractors to build a full design system. Overhauled 60+ screens across the product, in a phased rollout.
Designing for enterprise
Nearly all of my experience is enterprise products which mean complex technical systems, real scale, and engineering constraints that aren't negotiable.
